House Hunting 2009

Ah...House Hunting. What a joy!? Is it or is it not? Al & I are currently house hunting. I am not sure if buying a car or a house is more difficult. When Al & I set out to buy a car, we can hardly agree and now we are looking for a house. This will be fun!

Al's ideal home is, a big yard and a garage. My ideal home is, good size bedrooms and cosmetic. Now if only we can find a house will all that, that would be a dream. So far we have found a house that has; a garage and looks nice (house is under contract now); a house that has 4 bedrooms that are a good size and plenty of room everywhere else, but no yard and smurf blue; and a house that has pretty much all of what we are looking for, but the yard is under water.

(nice house, no yard) (Smurf house, no yard) (Everything, floods)
We found one (keep the fingers crossed) that is in Ingleside, IL, that has a yard, garage, 3 good size bedrooms upstairs, living room, kitchen, screened in porch, full basement with large family room another bedroom or playroom or office downstairs, with a patio under the screened in porch and a hot tub outside. Could this be the one?

Courtney Nicole

Courtney Nicole...9 years old
Courtney is in the 3rd grade. She has made some girlfriends; Kylie, Lexi, Maddy & Ashly. This trimester Courtney received all B's on her report card. She has come a great way in reading and seems to be more interested in reading. Courtney's teacher is Ms. Mackowiak and she is wonderful. She puts all her efforts in to her students and is willing to help/work with the parents for their child to succeed.

Emelia Madeline

Emelia has started daycare/pre-school. Aunt Sara had worked there before their move back to Minnesota. Al & I very impressed with the school. Emelia has made 3 friends; Kayla, Shane & Olivia. Everyday she brings home pictures that she has colored and tells me all about her day. She cannot wait to go back the next day. Emelia attends school, Monday - Thursday from 10:00am to 5:30pm. Her teacher is Ms. Tricia.

10 Wonderful Years...

Al & I celebrated our 10 year anniversary on February 20th, 2009. We invited our family,
friends and bridal party. We celebrated at Bill's Pub North in Grayslake, IL. We all had a wonderful time. We received very nice gifts and it was such an honor to celebrate such a milestone in our life's with the people we love, who have has been there for us to help us succeed to 10 wonderful years of marriage. Without our family and friends our tough times would have been tougher. I can't thank my sisters enough for their support and advice. They are always there when I need to talk. Thank you and I love you. To my parents...Wow! I think we could be a deep-deep hole right now without your help. We greatly appreciate all your help and support you have given us over the last 10 years. We have learned so much from you and hope that we can in return help our children the way you have, when they need us to. We love you.
To Al ~ I love you with all my heart. Your are my soul mate. You have given me so much love in so many ways. Thank you for the 3 greatest gifts I could ask for; Your Love, Courtney & Emelia. You have been by side through everything and never crumbled. Your love has gotten me through some tough times in my life, recently. I thank God every day for you and your love.
